When you ask for a pilot, we receive the email address you type and the country your request came from. We use it only to write back to you about HousingDesk. We don’t sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

The HousingDesk kiosk

The kiosk keeps a visitor’s first and last name, the reason for their visit, the language they chose and the times they signed in and out. It never asks for Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses or phone numbers.

Each housing authority’s records are kept separately and can be opened only from that authority’s office network, or by staff the authority approves to sign in from their phones. The housing authority owns its records and can download them as a spreadsheet at any time.
